The right of complaint covers only manufacturing and material defects within the stated periods. If legitimate complaint, the goods can be exchanged, or reduced price by purchase new depending on the specific situation. The complaints provisions apply only on the following conditions:
• The products have not been undercharged, overcharged, short-circuited, defaulted or worn out due to high consumption.
